Here you have one lesson suitable for GCSE Food students. The lesson focuses on Planning a meal/Menu for LATER ADULTHOOD. The students will recall their prior knowledge answer the 6 mark question then self assess against the model answer and mark scheme. Questions you may consider - What will students learn and take away from this lesson? Students will explore three manufactured boards - MDF, Plywood, Chipboard. They will have the opportunity to watch a video for each, understand it’s key characteristics and common products they are used for. Students will develop this new/recalled knowledge by completing a worksheet (included). Students are then presented with a mock question to answer. They can then self mark using an exemplary answer, correct their own answer and then write a new exam question with answer; reflecting on the content learned in the lesson. This food mock question booklet is suitable for GCSE students studying Food, Preparation and Nutrition (Eduqas Exam Board).
